National Fleet
A company with 40 or more motor vehicles with common ownership, whose primary use is conducting the Company's business.
Holden has special arrangements in place with many unique associations for their members. This relationship is negotiated by Holden and the respective associations.
Where a National Fleet client has a 50% (or more) owned subsidiary, Holden will take into account the vehicles owned by the subsidiary in meeting the National Fleet requirements.
Requirements for national fleet:
• Proof of ownership on the Company's letterhead
• Other documentation outlining proof of ownership, containing vehicle details
General Fleet
The following documentation of current ownership is acceptable:
• Proof of ownership on the Company's letterhead, including registration numbers and vehicle descriptions i.e. year or build, make, model.
• Registration papers
• Insurance papers identifying the individual vehicles
• Signed order which outlines agreement to purchase 4 or more vehicles
• Other documentation outlining proof of ownership, containing vehicle details as above
The following drive for hire organisations are also eligible for General Fleet Pricing:
• Funeral Directors
• Taxis
• Driving schools
• Chauffeur driven (inclusive of limousines)
Where a General Fleet client has a 50% (or more) owned subsidiary, Holden will take into account the vehicles owned by the subsidiary in meeting the General Fleet requirements.
*Vehicle must be of common ownership
